These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Nervo Group LLC, doing business as United We Dance (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including https://www.unitedwedance.tv and https://www.nervo.media (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

5. AI-Based Features

The Service may use automated or artificial intelligence-based systems to personalize content, generate recommendations, or analyze usage patterns. These features are provided for informational and entertainment purposes and do not constitute professional advice.

6. Payments and Subscriptions
